Who we are

ECHOES is a new coffee roastery project based in northern Spain. We are two coffee enthusiasts, each with more than ten years of experience and adventures in this industry. We both share a deep passion for great coffee and for an industry that is responsible, healthy and worthy of trust — because we believe that is how we can all grow together, from beginning to end.

The name

Coffee brings us memories, echoes of experiences we have lived.

The name ECHOES aims to reflect the relevance that coffee holds in our lives, both individually and in society. Sometimes those echoes lead us back to moments shared with others; other times, they are purely sensory. Memories that linger.

Our philosophy

Our intention is to offer carefully selected coffees, each passing through a rigorous quality control process. We seek to establish direct relationships with producers whenever possible — which is why we have been travelling to producing countries for the past 6 years.
