These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, "Terms") govern access to and use of the Lattexa Coffe and More online store (hereinafter, "Lattexa"), as well as the purchase of products available therein. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

These Terms exclusively govern the contractual relationship between Lattexa and users who purchase products through the online store at lattexa.com. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the buyer.

To make purchases in the online store, the user must:

- Be at least 18 years of age or have authorization from their legal representatives.

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration and purchasing process.
• Have valid payment methods accepted on the platform.

  Lattexa reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders when there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent use or non-compliance with these requirements.

Users may browse the available catalog, select products of interest, and add them to the shopping cart. Availability is indicated in real time, although discrepancies may occasionally occur due to technical or stock reasons.

Once products are selected, the user must:

1. Access the cart and review the selected items.

2. Enter shipping and billing details.

3. Select the shipping method.

4. Choose the payment method.

5. Review the order summary and accept these Terms.

6. Confirm the order using the payment button.

After confirmation, the user will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the order. This email does not constitute acceptance of the contract, but only confirmation of receipt. The sales contract is concluded when Lattexa ships the order or expressly notifies its acceptance.

Lattexa reserves the right to reject orders for justified reasons (pricing error, out of stock, incorrect data, etc.), notifying the user and issuing a full refund if payment has already been made.

• All prices listed in the online store are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT in force at any given time.
• Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly communicated before order confirmation and are not included in the product price.
• Lattexa reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.

Lattexa accepts the following payment methods:

- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), processed securely through Stripe.

All card payments are processed using SSL/TLS encryption. Lattexa does not store card data; this process is managed entirely by Stripe, which complies with PCI DSS standards.

The charge will be made at the time of order confirmation. If the payment is declined, the order will be automatically cancelled.

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as certain European Union countries. Specific shipping conditions and rates are detailed on the shipping information page.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and external circumstances. Lattexa shall not be liable for delays attributable to the transport company or to force majeure events.

Users may opt for in-store pickup when this option is available, at no additional shipping cost.

The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon physical delivery of the order.

The conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and the returns policy are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, available at /legal/refund-policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Products sold by Lattexa carry the legal guarantees applicable under current consumer protection regulations. For any claim related to the condition or quality of products, the user must contact our team at lattexastc@gmail.com within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order.

All content on the Lattexa website (texts, images, logos, designs, brand, source code, etc.) is the property of Lattexa or third parties who have authorized its use. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation without express written authorization from the owner is strictly prohibited.

The processing of personal data provided during the purchase process is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /en/legal/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, the user declares to have read and accepted said policy.

Lattexa shall not be liable for:

- Indirect damages, loss of profits, or losses arising from the use or inability to use purchased products, unless there is gross negligence or willful misconduct.

• Interruptions or errors in the operation of the website due to causes beyond its control.
• Use that users make of products once delivered.

Lattexa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the website with the date of the last update. Changes will only apply to orders placed after their publication.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
