About us
Five years ago we opened the door of our coffee shop with a pretty simple idea: to create the place where we would have loved to sit down and have coffee.
We are a couple who started this project out of curiosity.
Many hours of learning and a shared obsession with understanding coffee better. From day one, we knew we wanted to work differently: with origin coffees, with traceability, and with people behind every lot.
Small roasters who share that same philosophy.
Over time, we began collaborating with projects that care for the product from farm to cup, allowing us to serve coffees with history, identity, and transparency.
But coffee was never the only thing.
Our coffee shop also became a place to experiment. Every month we develop new breakfasts, look for different ingredients, and create dishes designed to pair with the coffees we choose each season.
Five years later, we are still the same two people who started all this.
Even though the project has grown more than we imagined. Today we are part of Best Coffee Shops, something we see as recognition of how we work: calmly, curiously, and with deep respect for the product.
