What are DARK MILK chocolates?

They are chocolates with milk and high percentage of cocoa, where the protagonist is cocoa.

At the beginning, we were reluctant to launch a milk chocolate. We wanted to stick to our initial idea of high-percentage “dark ” chocolates. But if we were to launch a milk chocolate, it had to be something different: cocoa as the protagonist, little sugar and an exceptional flavor. And so our Dark Milk chocolate was born.
