A special selection in collaboration with Hacienda Victoria. For this bar, we selected the highest quality cocoa ASSPS from Ecuador. This means that, on the plantation, farmers make a special selection of perfectly fermented beans with no imperfections***. A blend of criollo and trinitario which the farmers themselves call the “Pearl” of Ecuador.
