Our latest news comes from the distant lands of Chanthaburi, in the Eastern Region of Thailand. Khun Suriya Chaisutti and his wife, Khun Boom, have dedicated more than 9 years to cocoa cultivation.
It is only in the last few years that the Thai market has started to export cocoa and we are one of the few chocolate manufacturers in Europe to partner with producers in Chanthaburi. With this bar we wanted to reflect the fun Thai gastronomy, creating a flavor profile reminiscent of a tropical fruit cascade with a acidity of lemon and lime, along with a deep sweetness of nuts and raisins.
