Åkesson is a joya cocoa from the Sambirano Valley, on the island of Madagascar. If you thought you knew what a chocolate is, with this bar you will rediscover it. The first thing that catches your attention is its reddish color, almost hypnotic.

It is simple and at the same time very special: slightly acidic, balanced, the red fruits appear slowly, melting in the mouth and leaving an enveloping aroma***. When we are asked for a chocolate to introduce to Bean to Bar, we usually talk about Åkesson because it always, always lives up to expectations.
